Conditons of participation

  • To be included on the list of participants, it is necessary to submit the registration form for attendance until May 7th, 2025 and make the conference fee payment based on the sent pro forma invoice.
  • Online registration form is available here.
  • Multimedia presentations should be sent by October 13th, 2025 to the following e-mail address: rol-eko@pit.lukasiewicz.gov.pl
  • Submitted papers will be presented in the form of oral presentation (PowerPoint presentations – up to 15 minutes) or multimedia posters (PowerPoint presentations – up to 5 minutes).
  • The Scientific Committee reserves the right to decide on the method of presentation.
