Event Participant Terms and Conditions

  • To be included on the list of participants, it is necessary to submit the registration form for attendance and make the conference fee payment based on the sent pro forma invoice.
  • Online registration form is available from November 03, 2023 at: https://forms.office.com/e/647fu9iC4x.
  • Registration to the conference is only possible until 03/11/2023.
  • If you are interested in presenting an oral presentation or a media poster, please send the abstract including the title of the proposed presentations and the authors, until 03/11/2023.
  • Submitted papers will be presented in the form of oral presentation (PowerPoint presentations – up to 15 minutes) or multimedia posters (PowerPoint presentations – up to 5 minutes).
  • Multimedia presentations should be sent by 13/11/2023 to the following e-mail address rol-eko@pit.lukasiewicz.gov.pl
  • The Scientific Committee reserves the right to decide on the method of presentation.
  • The main language of the conference is English. All materials should be prepared in English, however, the Scientific Committee allows, in exceptional cases, the possibility of presenting a paper/poster in Polish.

* The fee includes the cost of meals, room rental, multimedia equipment, stationery materials, dinner on November 28, 2023.
The fee does not cover accommodation costs.

Publications

There is a possibility of publishing papers in the following forms:

English-language scientific papers in the journal “Journal of Research and Applications in Agricultural Engineering” (Open Access, CC-BY license, 70 points by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, no publication fees).

  • Requirements for the manuscript can be found on the journal’s website.
  • Please note that submitting an article does not guarantee its acceptance for publication, as all manuscripts will undergo a review process.

Cancellation of conference participation can be done via email until November 03, 2023. Please note that due to the commitments associated with organizing the conference, fees paid will not be refunded.

The organiser reserves the right to make any changes to the conference agenda. Any changes to the Conference agenda will be available on the conference website https://www.rol-eko.com/

The organiser reserves the right to cancel the conference. Participants will be informed by e-mail in the event of cancellation. The organiser will refund any registration fees paid by the participant in the event of cancellation of the conference.


The organiser reserves the right to make any changes to the conference venue and/or date, time. Participants will be informed by e-mail in the event of date, time and/or the venue change.
